Any purchased product can be returned in 14 days or replaced in 30 days from the date of delivery provided that it is not damaged, broken or used.
Request for return or replacement will not be accepted if the product is used, its invoice is unavailable or its packaging is impaired. The product requested to be returned/replaced should be sent with its invoice. Otherwise, the request for return/replacement will not be accepted.
In case of a request for replacement or return, shipment fee except for the initial shipment will be covered by the buyer.
In case of a request for replacement or return, the buyer will assume the risk for the products sent through a courier company.
During a return/replacement process, the courier will give you a tracking number when you deliver the product. Please keep this courier tracking number.
